"GitHub doesn't sell repositories. They sell collaboration."

We don't sell business rules. We sell trust.

Questions

What people ask about pricing.

How do you count a department?

A department is a team that owns its own reporting line: sales, marketing, finance, customer success. If two teams report into one leader and share one set of numbers, that is one department. If they present separately, that is two. We settle this on the call before you sign, not after.

Why is $15,000 a starting price and not the price?

Because $15,000 covers one department: five users, four connected sources, 1,750 Lumi credits and 20 reports a month. A second department, a heavier rollout or a longer onboarding is more to connect, more to guardrail and more to keep honest. We quote it on the call and it does not move afterwards.

What counts as a legal entity?

The company as it exists on paper. A parent and each of its subsidiaries are separate entities, because their numbers are reported separately. If you run one company in three countries under one registration, that is one entity.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Ten days, no card needed. You sign up, connect a source and run your first guardrails on your own data. If you would rather have us set it up with you on a call, book a demo and we will walk through it together.

How many sources can we connect?

Solo connects one source. Departments connects four, which covers a CRM plus the three tools most departments run alongside it. Organization connects eight across the entity. A source is a system we pull from, like HubSpot, Salesforce or Google Analytics. If you need more than the plan includes, that is the conversation on the call.

What is a Lumi credit?

A credit is one question to Lumi. Attaching a file for a deep scan costs five. A realistic working session, one scan and the follow-up questions that come out of it, runs about twelve credits. Solo's 250 is roughly a session every working day for one person. Departments' 1,750 and Organization's 6,000 are pooled across the whole team, not divided per person. Reports do not spend credits.

What happens if we run out of credits or reports?

We tell you before you hit the cap, not after. Caps are firm today and we top you up manually if you reach one, so nothing stops mid-month. If you are running over two months in a row you are on the wrong plan and we will say so rather than send a bigger invoice.

What happens if we outgrow a plan?

You move up and we credit what you have already paid for the current period. Nobody gets charged twice for the same month. Moving from Solo to Departments keeps your guardrails, your history and your findings.
